Refund Policy

Please be aware that the following refund policy applies solely to our digital products and training programs. Our service offerings are governed by separate terms and conditions outlined in client agreements and proposal documents.

At Trice Ads, operated by Natho Next Limited, we aim to deliver outstanding service to every customer. Given the digital nature and instant access to our information products upon purchase, we offer a 14-day full refund policy on most products, unless otherwise stated. This does not apply to products purchased under any special or limited-time offers, which are non-refundable. Additionally, if your purchase includes exclusive bonuses—such as a one-on-one strategy session—redeeming that bonus voids your eligibility for a refund.

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@triceads.com. Requests made through other channels will not be processed unless also sent via email.

For digital subscriptions, you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. However, your cancellation request must be received via email at support@triceads.com before your next billing cycle begins. Any requests received after a new billing cycle has started will not qualify for a refund. Cancellations or refund requests made outside of email will not be processed until they are submitted through the appropriate email channel.

Although we adhere to Nigeria’s consumer protection standards, which include a 14-day cooling-off period, this right is waived once the product is accessed through streaming or download.

Products purchased using a payment plan are not considered subscription-based. Once the 14-day refund window closes, all future scheduled payments become mandatory. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after this window has expired for payment-plan purchases.

For our live events and workshops, unless otherwise indicated, our 14-day refund policy is applicable, provided we receive your notice at least 30 days before the event date. Unfortunately, tickets purchased within 30 days of an event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel any attendee’s registration and issue a full refund if we determine that the event is not suitable for the individual or their business.
