Due to the instant access provided with our offerings, most products are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, unless explicitly noted otherwise. This does not apply to promotional, beta, or limited-time offers, which are non-refundable. Bonuses such as 1-on-1 consultations void eligibility for refunds once redeemed.

For subscription-based products, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under Nigeria consumer rights, though this right is forfeited once any content is accessed, streamed, or downloaded.

For live events, refund requests are honoured if made at least 30 days before the scheduled date. Tickets purchased less than 14 days before an event are non-refundable.

5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

6. AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

All subscriptions renew unless cancelled. For cancellations, contact support@triceads.com. Yearly subscribers will receive renewal notifications by email. If no confirmation is received, billing defaults to the monthly rate.

7. NON-SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

For non-subscription products, refunds may be requested within 14 days of the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

8. PAYMENT PLANS

If you purchase a product through a payment plan, you must complete all payments unless a refund is requested within the 14-day window. Past that point, you are obligated to fulfil the full payment schedule.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content and materials, including graphics, software, layout, and media associated with Trice Ads products and services, are the property of Natho Next Limited or its licensors. These assets are protected under intellectual property laws and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without express permission.

10. WEBSITE USE GUIDELINES

You may only use this site for lawful purposes. Activities like hacking, data mining, unauthorised access, impersonation, and transmission of spam are strictly prohibited. You must also refrain from framing, hyperlinking, or redistributing content without written approval. 11. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept those changes. If you disagree, you should cease use immediately.

23. MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement, along with any referenced policies, represents the full agreement between you and Trice Ads. It supersedes all previous discussions or agreements.
